Who we are
AgentHubb provides a white-label agent workspace (web, iOS and Android) to licensed insurance agencies. This policy covers agenthubb.com and the inquiry form on it. Each agency's own workspace is governed by the agreement and business associate agreement that agency signs with us.
What we collect on this site
- Inquiry form: agency name, your name, email, phone, number of agents, current CRM, brand name, website domain, a logo you upload, a brand color, and notes you write. We also record the time, your IP address, and browser type to prevent abuse.
- Nothing about clients or beneficiaries. The inquiry form is not for client data. Please don't put client information in it.
- No tracking cookies. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a branded preview of the workspace, and, if you become a customer, set up your agency. We do not sell or rent your information. Your logo is stored privately and used only to build your preview and, later, your workspace.
Where it lives
Inquiry data is stored on our HIPAA-hosted infrastructure in the United States (Google Cloud) and emailed to our team. Uploaded logos are kept in private storage and are not publicly accessible.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted, unless you become a customer. Ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@agenthubb.com to see, correct, or delete what you sent us, or to stop follow-ups. Text messages from us are only sent if you ask for them and you can reply STOP at any time.
Agency workspaces
When an agency uses AgentHubb, the agency is the covered entity or business associate for its clients' information, and AgentHubb acts as a business associate under a signed agreement. Client data belongs to the agency. We use it only to provide the service.
