Texting numbers are $5 a month and texts are 2¢ each after 250 per agent per month. RCS branding, your logo on every text, is a one-time $749 carrier setup.

Who owns the client data?
Your agency does. AgentHubb is your business associate under a signed agreement and uses the data only to run the service. Cancel and you can export everything for 30 days.
Is it HIPAA-hosted?
Yes. The platform runs on Google Cloud under a business associate agreement, with row-level security so one agency can never read another's records, and every text and login is logged.
Do we get our own app in the App Store?
Agents download the AgentHubb app and sign in; it becomes your agency on their phone, with your name, logo, and colors. AgentHubb publishes and maintains the app, so there is no store review or developer account on your side.
How does texting stay compliant?
Every agent texts from your agency's branded number with their name at the end. Consent is recorded, STOP is honored automatically, and Scope of Appointment links are timestamped. RCS branding puts your logo on every message for a one-time carrier setup.
Can we bring our current book?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with a preview before anything is saved, or on Agency Pro we import it for you, including plan, carrier, and effective dates.
How fast can we be live?
Your subdomain and sign-in page are live the day you sign. Your own domain switches over within an hour of adding one DNS record. The texting number verifies in one to two weeks. Most agencies are fully live in ten business days.
