Terms of Service
1. The service
AgentHubb is a subscription software service for licensed insurance agencies and agents: a CRM, compliant texting, Scope of Appointment and assessment tools, a voice assistant, and a white-label web and mobile app. These terms cover agenthubb.com and the inquiry process. An agency that subscribes signs a separate order, these terms, and a business associate agreement before its workspace opens.
2. Accounts and seats
The agency principal is the customer of record, owns the subscription, and controls seats. Each agent seat is billed monthly from the day the invite is sent. Agents' access ends when the principal removes the seat or the subscription ends.
3. Pricing and billing
Plans and prices are shown on agenthubb.com and in your order. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance; usage such as texting numbers, text messages beyond the included allowance, and carrier setup fees bills in arrears at the published rates. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. White-label apps
AgentHubb builds, publishes, and maintains every white-label app under its own developer accounts. Customers receive a branded app and workspace, not source code, and do not receive app store access. Branding assets you provide must be yours to use.
5. Compliance and consent
You are responsible for your own licensing, for CMS and carrier marketing rules, and for obtaining consent before texting or calling any consumer. AgentHubb enforces STOP requests and records consent you capture, but consent itself is yours to obtain and document.
6. Your data
Client data you and your agents enter belongs to your agency. We use it only to provide the service, under the business associate agreement. On cancellation you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
7. Acceptable use
No unlawful marketing, no sending to consumers who have opted out, no sharing of credentials, no attempts to access another agency's data, and no reverse engineering of the service or apps.
8. Availability and support
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support response targets depend on your plan and are stated in your order.
9. Termination
Either party may end the subscription at the end of a billing month. We may suspend access immediately for non-payment or a material breach of these terms.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AgentHubb's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
